Welcome to KhelNet! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the KhelNet App, a platform provided by Khelnet Sports to help sports businesses, such as academies and clubs, streamline operations and manage their business efficiently.
By downloading or using the app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KhelNet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the app.
2. Use of the App
You may use KhelNet solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the app in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability
Khelnet Sports provides KhelNet "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will operate uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khelnet Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the app.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to KhelNet at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
